About Me

I'm Richard Park, freelance chef to the catering trade

I have more than 25 years' experience working in some of the best establishments in the world, including Langan's Brasserie (London), Gleneagles Hotel (Perth), and UBS (AAA-rated Swiss bank, London).

I offer a very professional service for your establishment, event or home function, and have been established here in Norfolk for more than 14 years. I started by running my own pub/restaurant, and moved to working alongside some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in Norfolk, including Park Farm Hotel (Hethersett), The King's Head (Bawburgh), Gissing Hall (Diss), Norwich City Football Club and Raffle's Restaurant (Norwich), Southwood Hall Barns (Cantley), Hautbois Hall (Coltishall), Voe Wood Hall (Kelling) and Sheringham Golf Cub.

My experience extends to large events and world famous sporting events, and I have catered at the Ryder Cup, the British Open Golf Championships, the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Wembley Stadium, Vivid Experience Nottingham, the Cheltenham Festival, Royal Ascot, Henley Regatta and the 2012 London Olympic & Paralympic Games.
